Glo Salon's staff consists of talented artists who are well educated in all areas of beauty. Although we do welcome walk-ins, we encourage you to make an appointment with the stylist of your choice. This will allow your stylist to be completely prepared for your service.
Nikki: Glo's Owner & Hair Extensions Specialist​
​​Nikki has been doing hair extensions for 11 years and counting. She became officially licensed in cosmetology and extension artistry in 2006. Ever since then she has been taking the hair extension industry by storm and offering the most affordable prices in Orange County! Nikki is always keeping herself educated with the trendiest, hottest, and most comfortable techniques in the hair extension industry. She currently offers several techniques for every type of hair. With hair extensions, preserving the health of the hair is essential while providing you with extra thickness or length to fit your needs. Her signature technique, the Non Sewn Beaded Weft can be performed on all hair types to encourage natural growth of the hair. Starting out at a few different salons, Nikki had many ideas that she knew she could utilize in her own salon setting. After offering hair services out of her home for two years in order to save up, she finally opened her own small salon off of Raymond in Fullerton. After two years at that starter location, she was able to expand to our new beautiful location in Downtown Fullerton. Her main goal as a salon owner is to preserve the health of the hair and our environment by being extremely selective of hair products, cleaning products, and office products. Client satisfaction and health is her main prority.
Nikki can also turn your hair from curly and frizzy to permanently straight in as little as a few hours. Her Japanese straightening techniques can be used on any type of hair and have deep conditioning technology to ensure the silkiest Japanese Straightening service on the market.

Julie: Glo's Manager Specializing in Color, Cut, & Keratin Treatments

​​Julie has a sharp eye for color and can create any cut perfect for your face shape and personal style. After working as a professional stylist for three years at Lux Salon, Julie joined us at Glo in 2011. She's been amazing clients with her ability to listen and perform ever since. Allison: Glo's Salon Coordinator
and Owner's Assistant
Allison is readily available during business hours to answer any questions you may have or help you with booking appointments. Working closely with our owner, Allison is well versed in all of our hair extension techniques as well as after care and maintentance. As the salon coordinator, Allison knows all things "Glo Salon". She can help with hair advice, product recommendations, and stylist recommendations. Allison knows all of our clients and loves talking with our regulars as well as welcoming new clients to the family.
With a background in social media, it's no surprise that Allison rocks it on our Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, and other social media outlets. She creates interesting and thought provoking posts about beauty and fashion culture. Her extensive research on the beauty industry shines through in her posts.
As the salon coordinator, we couldn't do it without Allison. She ensures that our professional environment runs smoothly so the stylists can remain creative while offering a relaxing service for our clients. Cassidy: Glo's Event Planner Specializing in
Color Melts, Rich Reds, and Haircuts

Cassidy came to the Glo team with a over two years experience behind the chair. She started her career out assisting at an organic based salon in the coastal community of Carlsbad California where she later advanced and began building her own clientele. She continues to attend classes regularly to stay up on the newest trends and to further educate herself on ways to go above and beyond her client's expectations. Cassidy has also co-produced fashion events throughout the greater San Diego area. Starting out volunteering as an assistant wardrober, her dedication and attention to detail helped her move up the ladder quickly. Within a year she was working directly under the founder of VIXEN Production curating each event to convey the theme and incorporate the latest in street style and high fashion. As a certified Pravana hair colorist, she specializes in color melts, rich red, and creating a cut that takes into account what is flattering for your face shape, skin tone, personal style & lifestyle. There is a huge emphasis on health in all she does, from the health of your hair as well as the products being used on your hair. When not in the salon she can be found adventuring out on a hiking trail or lounging at the beach taking in the sun, sand, and ocean. Cassidy chose the Junior Stylist position so she could build her clientele after moving to Fullerton from San Diego County. Intermediate Stylist
After attending Newberry School of Beauty, Monique assisted two salon owners and three color educators as well as platform artists for four years. After absorbing advanced techniques from these stylists, Monique was ready to begin building her own clientele. She chose Glo Salon as her home base and has been impressing clients with her color corrections and transformations ever since. Monique specializes in corrective color, keratin smoothing treatments, and japanese straightening. She works with a local charity helping youth find direction and achieve goals.
